| Polly-O Shredded Parmesan | 1 cup. |
| Mayonaise | 1 cup. |
| Artichoke hearts | 1 can, (6-8 hearts). |
| 1. | Mix Polly-O shredded parmesan with mayonaise. |
| 2. | Mix in diced artichoke hearts. |
| 3. | Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until top is browned. |
| 4. | Serve. |
