Grilled Vegetable and Fresh Mozzarella Wrap
( YIELD: 1 SANDWICH )

I N G R E D I E N T S
Fresh Mozzarella Ovoline, sliced 2 1/2 oz.
Spinach tortilla, 12", grilled 1 each
Grilled, sliced zucchini, held warm 2 1/2 oz.
Grilled, sliced portobello mushrooms, held warm 2 1/2 oz.
Mixed greens 1 cup
Balsamic vinaigrette 2 Tbsp

1 Evenly spread mozzarella slices over two-thirds of warm, grilled tortilla.
2 Top with warm, grilled zucchini and mushroom slices.
3 Toss greens with vinaigrette and spread over vegetables.
4 Roll up tortilla, slice diagnonally.
